Graduate in Pharmacy from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and PhD in International Relations and African Studies. He is a researcher on Global Health and Health Security. He teaches subjects in the Master of International Relations and African Studies of the UAM. He has several publications on Africa and global health policies and participates in different forums and sessions on international health cooperation invited by different social organizations.
